I had to wait quite a while to hear back from customer support. They did eventually reply, but it felt slow, and the answer was only sort of helpful.

I picked up a few camping bits in the sale and the prices were decent. I’ve bought camping gear from other places before and these discounts made it feel worth it. Checkout was simple enough, though I do wish a few more items had better stock online.

I picked up some camping gear from BCF it just felt a bit cheap right out of the box. Like, I wanted to give it a chance, but one piece cracked after the first use and the stitching on the bag was already starting to come loose. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better than one weekend. Disappointed.

I ordered click and collect thinking it would save time, but it ended up being more frustrating than just going in and shopping normally. I didn’t get a clear update about when it was ready, and when I got to the store, they couldn’t find my order at first. The staff were friendly and tried to help, so no issue with them personally, but I was waiting around for way too long. If you’re in a rush, I’d suggest calling ahead or just avoiding click and collect here for now. I probably won’t use it again.

I ordered two fishing lures, and while one was correct, the other was completely different from what I picked. To be fair, support did fix the issue, but I still had to wait all over again, which was frustrating. Mistakes happen, but stuff like this makes it harder to trust that my next order will be right.

The order tracking worked well and kept me updated the whole time. Delivery was a little slower than I was hoping for, especially compared to other orders I’ve had arrive faster, but at least I always knew where my stuff was

If you only need something simple, you might get lucky, but I’d probably check ahead or go somewhere with more inventory next time

It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but to be fair, they did replace my faulty esky in the end. From my experience, the process could’ve been quicker, but I’m glad they followed through and got it sorted...

Little things kept throwing me off, like sections not feeling clearly separated and items seeming a bit scattered, so I kept losing track of what I was looking for. It’s usable, but the browsing experience could definitely be cleaner.

Popped into BCF to ask about a fishing reel and line setup. The staff member was friendly enough, but they didn’t really seem to know what they were talking about and were kind of just guessing. I ended up leaving more confused than when I got there, then had to go home and look it all up myself. Bit frustrating when you go in expecting some basic product advice

I barely got anything back from this, so it didn’t feel worth joining. Maybe I didn’t spend enough time figuring it all out, or maybe I just expected too much, but for me it was disappointing.
